01. Founded in 2003
Sharon Newby established “Call Sady Your Friendly Cleaning Lady” services in 2003 after realising that she had what it took to become a successful cleaning business lady. Sharon continually strived for excellence, enthusiasm, dedication and expertise.
02. what was first?
Sharon started as a very small business consisting of only herself. Over the months and years there was a popular demand for more services to be conducted. Sharon then started to expand the services that were being provided and also hire extra staff to deal with the big workload.
03. solid work ethic
Sharon always had a high expectation from her staff members and the quality of services they provided. Sharon expected nothing less than a “perfect home or office clean” for all of her clients since starting her business.
04. unfortunate turn
In early 2010, Sharon suddenly fell ill with a brain tumour. Due to the severity of her illness she was forced to reduce staff and her clientele to a level she could manage. Refusing to give away her business she had worked so hard for over the past 7 years, Sharon continued her business despite being ill for the next 7 years.
05. Business handover
In late 2017, Sharon’s son Leroy decided to step in and help out with the many phone calls, book keeping and organising cleans. Leroy then decided to take over the business from his mother as she fell more ill in early 2018. With Sharon teaching him the many tips and skills she had learnt over the years, Leroy is able to carry on the Call Sady goal of providing exceptional cleaning services over the Shepparton.
06. WHAT NOW?
Call Sady Your Friendly Cleaning Lady now provides a large number of services from domestic cleaning and commercial cleaning for Shepparton businesses, to vacate cleaning. Call Sady also offers the service of window cleaning and oven cleaning at competitive rates.
